Before the tour:

-In order to attend any TOUR, you should reserve and pay at least one day before at 4:00pm to ensure a quota. For ADVENTURE plans you should reserve and pay at least 2 days before.

-After your reservation for a TOUR please pay the total fee of the activity. In case of ADVENTURE plan you can pay 50% to book, and the other 50% 2 days before the trip.

*Reservations that haven’t been pay do not guarantee a spot in our tours.

- The inscription form must be filled out completely.

-If you do not come to a route there will be no refunds.

-If you cancel your reservation three days in advance to the day of route, we’ll refund 70% of the total payment.

-In order to determine availability in any of our plans you must contact us on WhatsApp. *Our groups have a limit of participants.

-You should pay attention to your e-mail or WhatsApp the day before the event you reserved, so we can keep you updated of any important information.

-In the event that we have to cancel one of our routes, all your money will be refunded.

During the tour:

-Avoid to abandond the group, when will be neccesary to stay together, if you required it, please inform the guide.

-It is possible to leave personal belongings in the vehicle, but we are not responsible for the belongings.

- The consumption of psychoactive substances and energic drinks during all the activity is not allowed.

- Please help us and avoid wearing wet clothes inside the vehicle, bring a change of clothes.

- Please pay attention and follow all the instructions.

-We have an extra time for waiting people, however the guides are authorized after  a specific time to continue with the tour and if a person does not appear, the person must assume any additional expense.
